60,000 km, 4 yrs and 0 issues: Replacing my Jeep's air purifier filter

My Jeep Compass still returns a fuel efficiency of 21 kmpl on the highways.

60k kms update:

Finally touched the 60k km milestone after 4 years of ownership.

Still performs like new, no wear and tear issues, no parts failure issues. Still getting 21 KMPL on highways. What more can you ask?

Time to change the air purifier filter. I used a Blaupunkt air purifier; the recommended interval to change the filter is 6-12 months on their website. I changed it after 4 years. It has a filter change indicator, which never gave any indication to change the filter.

Ordered a new filter from the Blaupunkt site directly, costed 855 bucks. Arrived within 2 days of placing the order. If you have an inbuilt air purifier, then make sure it is replaced in your regular service visits, else replace it yourself regularly.

The filter also has a provision to add aroma scents, it has a small white, cylindrical-shaped cotton material which will absorb any scented oils. I use eucalyptus oil.

Next service due in 3,400 kms or 54 days. I was thinking this time to get it serviced outside instead of at the service center.
